Gail is the Office Manager. She has been in the medical field for 35 years. She has been working for Global Care Medical Group since January 2021. Previously she has managed both Primary Care and Specialty offices. Outside of work she likes to spend time with family, camping, quilting and competing with her dogs.
Zach Taha , M.A.
Zach enjoys the outdoors, time spent with friends and family, and also enjoys traveling. Zach is a people person and is committed to a variety of patents he assists and is in the process of continuing his education for his Nursing degree.
Amy Lisbeth Nicolson, M.A.
Medical Assistant with over 20 years of experience. Completed the Medical Assistant Program at Shawsheen Valley Tech in Billerica, MA. Currently working in the Tewksbury location 13 years, forming a great relationship with numerous long time patients and co-workers.

Caroline Orcutt, Billing Coordinator
Caroline went to college at Johnson & Wales University and studied Sports/Entertainment/Event Management. After college she switched careers and joined the medical field working as an administrator. Over the last 9 years she has worked in all administrative and clerical aspects of a medical office. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, growing her own food, and enjoying the outdoors.

Bethany is a receptionist with over 5 years of customer service experience. She is hoping to attend school to become a medical assistant in the near future. She has 3 cats, enjoys painting, and loves the ocean!

Tiffany is a medical receptionist that has been in the medical field for five years. She has worked in Dermatology, Endoscopy, and Hematology/Oncology. Tiffany has 19 years of customer service experience and is in school for Business Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, she enjoys filmmaking, trying new foods, and traveling.

My name is Rihab Gannem, but most people call me Rachel. I have been working with Global Care Medical Group for over a year as Clinical Coordinator, Arabic Medical Interpreter, and Supervisor. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Lebanese University and USJ, as well as, an Associate Degree in Healthcare Management from NECC. I speak English, Arabic, and French. I am happy to be part of the Global Care Medical Group team.
